COVID-era Home Survey

Good News!

Effective May 4th, we will be able to show occupied homes, provided we adhere to Shelter in Place Order. This means wearing masks, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer, and showings will be limited to 2 people from the same household at a time, along with their agent. Those of you whose lives have been put on hold can now start to move forward!

During this time, we’ve all had the opportunity to re-experience our homes more intimately and intensely than we usually do. Does your home still feel like the right “nest” for you? Take my short survey to find out. On a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being “not at all” , 3 being “good enough” and 5 being “great”):

  1. My home’s location suits my family’s work, social and school patterns.
  2. The interior flow and floor plan of my home work well for my family.
  3. The size of my home works well for my family.
  4. The size of my home will continue to work well for my family for the next 1 – 3 years.
  5. The size of my outdoor areas work well for my family.
  6. The size and configuration of my outdoor areas will continue to work well for my family for the next 1 – 3 years.
  7. The cosmetic condition of my home makes me happy.

If your score is less than 20, give me a call and let’s discuss your home needs and what might be possible (remodel, fresh landscape concept, room addition, or move).

I have the resources and market facts to help you get the home you want and need!

What could be a better occupation than this? To me, it’s not really so much about houses; it’s overwhelmingly about people, their objectives, hopes, fears, nuances. Each client processes very differently the myriad information and emotions involved in conveying property. My focus is to understand their process and deliver them a great experience, not as determined by me, but as defined by my client. I enjoy thinking unconventionally, to
